Q: What is the minimum?
A: For general design, the MOQ is about 500-2000 yards(meters), if the order quantity does not reach MOQ, the unit price will be slightly higher to make up for the loss rate.

Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For general style, our usual production time is about 10-15 days, for customizable items will take around 20-25 days.

A: Send us inquiry →get quotation →arrange sample for approval →30% deposit payment done →bulk production →quality control and packing →70% balance payment →shipping.

Q: Can l get any discount?
A: The price is negotiable, we can offer you discount according to your order quantity. If you are buying in bulk for an occasion, we offer you wholesale price. We also have promotions several times a year.

Q: Do you offer the samples?
A: We can offer free cutting hangers and big piece of sample if we have stock.

Q: How much are the shipping costs?
A: Shipping cost is charged by the package's weight and related to the shipping methods you choose and your destination. We ship to almost all countries in the world, if you don’t have a forwarder for mass goods, we can quote a CIF price.

Q: I am fashion designer. Can you help me to produce the sample which we designed?
A: For sure, we can provide free development for potential customers. But you need to pay for the shipping.

Q: Can you make OEM or ODM service?
A: Yes. We can accept as we have our own design department. So it's welcome to share you any idea.

Q: Do you have some special policies for Brands?
A: Yes, we have some special support for the company who has own brand but also in our VIP customers list, Please send us your selling data of last year, and we could support the ONLY product in your market.
